Description
Welcome to our newly-built apartment complex in the heart of Cleopatra. You’ll find yourself in a cozy, yet well-furnished apartment that comes with a private terrace – perfect for enjoying the Mediterranean sun. Our complex boasts 13 apartments, each with access to a shared pool, sauna, gym, and jacuzzi. Plus, our office is conveniently located nearby.
Even though our apartment is smaller in size, it is big on comfort and functionality. It features a bedroom with a double bed and ample storage, an open-plan kitchen/living room, and a sofa bed. The private terrace is the highlight of the apartment, complete with a dining table and lounge area. Entertainment is also covered with a Smart TV.
We provide basic amenities such as toilet paper, washing-up liquid, and laundry detergent to start with. If you require any special equipment, just let us know and we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs. We are also happy to help with intermediate cleaning for a small fee and transfers. Additionally, we offer packages for babies, breakfast, and beverages to make your stay even more enjoyable.
(Check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out is by 12:00 PM, but we always try to be flexible whenever possible)

The flat was amazing! Clean, modern, everything was new and in excellent condition.
Although the flat is small, it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
Located in a great location (no more than 7-10 minutes to the beach), 2 minutes from the main street, everywhere can be reached on foot.
Loved the terrace, although we did not have time to use it (it was raining).
Kamila was very friendly and helpful, answered all our questions and helped us arrange our transfers.

Wonderful apartment for a beach vacation! Has everything you need, close to cleopatra beach (best in town), has access to swimming pool, gym and sauna. Totally recommend it!
