Welcome to our newly built, nicely furnished apartment located in the heart of Cleopatra! This cozy apartment is perfect for those looking for a comfortable and convenient stay. It is just 150 meters away from the beach and our office, close to everything you need. Our complex features 13 apartments and a shared pool, sauna, gym, and jacuzzi that are available for your use. We also offer baby and beverage packages upon request.
The apartment itself includes a bedroom with a double bed, an open-plan living room and kitchen with a sofa bed, and a bathroom with a shower. It is well-equipped with everything you need, including a washing machine, dishwasher, and good WIFI. Free parking is available on the street outside. We always try to be flexible with check-in and check-out times if possible.
If you have any special requests such as a desk, coffee maker, or microwave, please don’t hesitate to ask – we’re happy to help if we can. We provide toilet paper, washing-up liquid and laundry detergent to start with, and intermediate cleaning services are available upon request for a small fee. We also offer transfer services for your convenience.
(Check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out is by 12:00 PM, but we always try to be flexible whenever possible)

The apartment is located in a busy area but at the same time not noisy, near the sea, so it’s possible to reach the beach, shops, restaurants just walking. it’s really nice looking and modern style, accessoried with new equipment and forniture. It has everything you can need and the level of cleanliness is exaggeratedly high. Camilla is a good host, she will take care and assist you giving you all informations about the apartment and more if you need. We definitely had a great experiece and i recommend this place to anyone

Everything went smoothly with Camilla, from check in to check out. Self check in is made very clear. Communication was effective and the apartment was super clean and in a very good location. Camilla speaks good English so you won’t have a problem to communicate any of your concerns 😊
