Welcome to our charming and newly built apartment located in the heart of Cleopatra! Despite its slightly smaller size, this beautifully furnished space offers a perfect living experience. With the beach just 150 meters away, you’ll find yourself in close proximity to all the amenities you need, including our office. Our complex comprises of 13 apartments, creating an intimate setting where you can enjoy shared facilities such as a pool, sauna, gym, and jacuzzi. To enhance your convenience, we also offer the option to order Baby- and/or Beverage packages.
Inside the apartment, you’ll find a cozy bedroom with a comfortable double bed, along with an open-plan living room and kitchen area, where there is also a sofa bed. The bathroom is equipped with a refreshing shower, and we’ve provided both a washing machine and a dishwasher for your convenience. Rest assured, the apartment comes well-equipped with everything you need to enjoy a comfortable stay. You’ll have access to good Wi-Fi, and convenient free parking is available on the street outside.
We always strive to accommodate your schedule and offer flexibility with check-in and check-out times, whenever possible.
Please note that there is a locked cabinet in the apartment, which is inaccessible to guests. However, you have full access to all other areas of the apartment.
If you have any special requirements such as a desk, coffee maker, or microwave, please let us know, and we’ll do our best to fulfill your requests. Initially, we provide basic amenities such as toilet paper, washing-up liquid, and laundry detergent to get you started. Once these supplies are depleted, guests are responsible for purchasing their own.
Should you require intermediate cleaning during your stay, we’re happy to assist for a small fee. Additionally, we can help arrange transfers to and from the apartment.

Отличная квартира с новой мебелью и отличным расположением. Есть всё необходимое для проживания. Очень тихий район. До пляжа идти 5 минут. Хозяева всегда были на связи, очень быстро отвечали и моментально решали всё вопросы. Подарили очень милый подарок на Рождество, и всегда сообщали о мероприятиях поблизости. Организовали отличный трансфер.

Chic, brand new, beautiful flat, with a cosy balcony and all the amenities you need! Good utensils, linen and towels! Ideal for holidays and accommodation, in the heart of Cleopatra, a 5 minute walk to the sea. Close to grocery shops, restaurants and yet very quiet area. The owners are very friendly and helpful.

the apartments are very clean, comfortable and functional, there is good internet.
I needed an early check-in at 10:00 am, but my apartment was not supposed to be free until 2:00 pm.
🙏🏼 Camilla stepped into my position and offered to check into other available apartments before the booked accommodation became available.
I recommend to everyone the apartments of these lovely ladies 🌷

We booked these apartments for a whole month and it was a big pleasure to stay here! Camilla and Zeynep were incredibly kind, responsive, always in touch and ready to help. I have never met such wonderful hosts before 🥹
The apartments were very clean, new furniture and the apartments looked even better than we expected! We enjoyed our stay so much, for two of us this place has become an ideal place to retire. The apartments are also sunny and bright, you can sunbathe on the balcony 🙂 (I mean, opposites houses are in shadows). We also often went to the sauna and gym. A nice bonus, there is something to do on a rainy day.
In 2-3 minutes walk you will find 4 supermarkets where you can buy anything at any time. A 5-minute walk will take you to the beach. In 10 minutes you will get to the big market, which is available on Tuesdays, but also on other days on this market you will find where to buy fresh meat, fish, vegetables and fruits. (Ask hosts where is it :))

Camilla is a very friendly and accommodating person. The flat was very nice and clean. There are many restaurants and shops on site. The beach is 5 minutes walk away.

Camilla put me up in apartment #5 instead of #2 so I could check in early. It was right above the original unit. I stayed for 2.5 weeks and picked this rental for the central location, full kitchen, washer in unit, and the building amenities.
The building is on it’s finally stages of renovations and it’s beautiful. The bed is firm yet comfortable which great pillows. The kitchen is well equipped, and living room is comfortable with high speed internet. The bathroom has a great shower and plenty of storage.
I enjoyed the pool but the jetted tub, sauna and gym were not open during my stay. I feel the price should have been reduced since those amenities are not functional yet, also the listing didn’t state that the building is still under construction. Thankfully, none of the building work was ever too loud. The live music from Oscar’s restaurant between 10pm and midnight was more noticeable than the construction.
Overall, it was a perfect place for me to stay as a solo nomad. This building will be fantastic once it’s completed!
