Welcome to our perfectly situated, newly built apartment in the heart of Cleopatra! While slightly smaller in size, it is tastefully furnished to ensure a comfortable living experience. With a mere 150 meters distance to the beach, you’ll enjoy proximity to all the essentials, including our office. Our complex consists of 13 apartments, creating an intimate community where you can access shared amenities such as a pool, sauna, gym, and jacuzzi. To add convenience to your stay, we offer the option to order Baby- and/or Beverage packages.

The apartment comprises a cozy bedroom with a double bed, an open plan living room, and a kitchen area. Additionally, a sofa bed is available for extra sleeping arrangements. You’ll find a well-equipped bathroom with a shower, as well as the convenience of a washing machine and dishwasher. Enjoy a comfortable stay with reliable Wi-Fi, and take advantage of free street parking.

We strive to be flexible with check-in and check-out times whenever possible.

Please note that a locked cabinet is reserved for storage purposes and is inaccessible to guests. However, you have full access to all other areas of the apartment.

If you have any special equipment requests, such as a desk, coffee maker, or microwave, please let us know. We will do our best to accommodate your needs. Initial supplies such as toilet paper, washing-up liquid, and laundry detergent are provided for your convenience. Once these supplies are exhausted, guests are responsible for replenishing them.

For an additional fee, we are pleased to offer intermediate cleaning services if desired. Additionally, we can assist with transfers to and from the apartment.
