Welcome to this exceptional newly built apartment, located in the absolute best spot on Cleopatra Beach. With only 12 apartments in the building, it offers a peaceful atmosphere while still being conveniently close to shopping, restaurants, pharmacies, and more. Our dedicated team is available to provide personal service and ensure your comfort throughout your stay.
The apartment features a comfortable double bedroom, an open plan living room and kitchen area, and a bathroom with a refreshing shower. Step out onto the balcony, where you’ll find a dining area furnished with comfortable furniture, perfect for enjoying meals outdoors. The kitchen is fully equipped with a kettle and toaster for your convenience. In the living room, a Smart TV is provided for your entertainment.
Please note that there is a locked cabinet in the bedroom, which is not accessible to guests. However, you have full access to the rest of the apartment.
If you have any special equipment requests such as a desk, coffee maker, or microwave, please let us know. We will do our best to accommodate your needs. Initially, we provide essential supplies such as toilet paper, washing-up liquid, and laundry detergent. Once these supplies are depleted, guests are responsible for replenishing them.
We are pleased to offer intermediate cleaning services upon request, for a small fee. Additionally, we are available to assist with any other services you may require during your stay.

Camilla’s flat is as described, very central, quite new and in very good condition.
A problem with the hot water was quickly fixed. As there was a building site next door, the hotel next door had to run a generator, which was a bit noisy during the day, but of course Camilla can’t help that.
Cleopatra beach is close by, playgrounds, shopping etc are within easy reach.

Super nice flat and very clean.
Only 4 minutes walk to the beach.
A little hard to find as it is a bit winding but once you know where it is, everything is super quick to get to.
I could also ask the hosts questions at any time if I wanted to know something. 🙂

Camilla’s place is simply wonderful. Amazing location, quiet and close to the beach, restaurants, pharmacies, banks. Apartment is clean spacious well decorated. It was pleasure. Camilla is very kind and responsive host, she was on touch and also gave very useful tips and recommendations. Thank you 🙂 Hope to visit your place again! Definitely recommend!

We were out of season, so the price was very attractive. Walking distance to everything. And although there is no view from the window, it is away from the noise. We loved everything. Price and quality are in line. Would recommend

Camilla was very nice and easy to deal with. She and her staff Yunus helped us out greatly and even offered a free trip to dim cay which was very nice. Only bad thing was the bed, it was like a hill, but we slept on the floor instead and it was good. Overall really good experience!

Lovely clean apartment, photos match reality.
Lived with a child. The beach is 5-10 minutes away, looking at what location you need. Best to go out and go left on the beach, swim by the rock – cleanest sea and soft sand there.

Very nice and clean apartment 5 minutes away from the beach. The city core is right around the corner. Apartment is quiet and the host very forthcoming.

Lovely and bright flat. Check-in/check-out is easy. The flat is clean and new, clean and everything is well thought out. We lacked little things like oil, table cloths, napkins, laundry detergent. It’s a small thing but you can’t buy olive oil for 3 days. We have spices and dishwasher capsules. The furniture is new, there are no foreign smells in the flat, floor-to-ceiling windows make the flat insanely bright. Camila is lovely and gentle. Her eyes are kind. Thank you and good luck!

Very nice stylish appartment in a very nice building . Very Close to shops restaurans 5-7minutes from the Cleopatra beach . Appartment very clean and equipped with everything you need , clean pool! Totally recommend !!

I learned that my reserved apartment was double-booked at the last minute, resulting in a smaller alternative. Despite requesting a discount for the inconvenience, the host promised but never provided it. This experience raises concerns about potential scams in offering one apartment and delivering a different, smaller one without reimbursement. I believe Airbnb should investigate such cases, addressing double bookings and late notifications to enhance customer trust and satisfaction.

Saapujani oli pientä ongelma oven parvekkessa, joka oli korjattu nopeasti. Asunto on tilava, siisti, moderni, kaunisti sisustettu. Ympäristo on turvallinen. Asunnossa löytyy kaikki mitä tarvitaan. Ainoastaan talletus lokero olisi hyvä saada toimimaan. Camillan tiimi toimi ja kommunikoi erinomaisesti. Sijainti on loistava, noin 3-5 min kävelyä rannalta. Erinomainen valinta, suosittelen ja mielelläni tulisin uudestaan.
