It’s situated in a quiet district, yet very close to the center where you have plenty of shopping, restaurants, bars, cafes, etc. Well-equipped apartment with comfortable furniture. Just a few seconds to the big bazaar.

Accommodation: It’s a 1+1, meaning 1 bedroom with a double bed and an open-plan kitchen/living room. From the living room, you step out onto the balcony which is glazed and overlooks the street. There’s also a table for dining. A bathroom with a shower. In the complex, you also have a pool, Turkish bath, sauna, and fitness facilities in common areas. 1st floor.

Guest access: The entire apartment is available to guests except for a locked cabinet.

Other things to note: If you need any specific equipment during your stay, such as a desk, coffee maker, or microwave, feel free to ask. We will do our best to accommodate your needs and make your stay more comfortable.

To ensure a hassle-free experience, we provide initial supplies of toilet paper, dish soap, and laundry detergent. If you need more during your stay, you can easily purchase them.

If you’d like to arrange mid-stay cleaning during your stay, we’re happy to assist for a small fee. Just let us know your preferences, and we’ll take care of it.
