Welcome to our perfectly situated, newly built apartment in the heart of Cleopatra! Although slightly smaller in size, this tastefully furnished space offers an ideal living experience. Located just 150 meters from the beach, you’ll find everything you need within close proximity, including our office. Our complex consists of 13 apartments, creating a cozy community with shared amenities such as a pool, sauna, gym, and jacuzzi. For added convenience, we offer the option to order Baby- and/or Beverage packages.
The apartment features a comfortable bedroom with a double bed, as well as an open plan living room and kitchen area. A sofa bed is also available for additional sleeping arrangements. The bathroom is equipped with a refreshing shower, and a washing machine is provided for your convenience. Rest assured, the apartment is well-equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Enjoy reliable Wi-Fi, and take advantage of the free street parking available.
We always strive to be flexible with check-in and check-out times, whenever possible. You’re welcome to enjoy the sauna, jacuzzi, and gym facilities during your stay. A smart TV is also available in the apartment for your entertainment.
Please note that there is a locked cabinet in the apartment, which is not accessible to guests. However, you have full access to all other areas of the apartment.
If you have any special requests for equipment such as a desk, coffee maker, or microwave, please don’t hesitate to ask. We’ll do our best to accommodate your needs. Initially, we provide essential amenities such as toilet paper, washing-up liquid, and laundry detergent to get you started. Once these supplies are depleted, guests are responsible for replenishing them.
We’re happy to assist with intermediate cleaning if you desire it, for a small fee. Additionally, we can help arrange transfers to and from the apartment.

Lovely small and cosy flat! In the city centre, Cleopatra beach is 10 minutes walk away! We stayed here for three of us with a toddler, we were provided with a cot (unfortunately the bed had no mattress and the baby was very uncomfortable-that’s a big minus). When we checked in it was around 23:00 unfortunately there was no extra bed linen for the sofa but they brought it the next day)! There is a pool, sauna and jacuzzi on the ground floor! Highly recommended!
