Welcome to our perfectly situated, newly built apartment in the heart of Cleopatra! Although slightly smaller in size, this tastefully furnished space offers an ideal living experience. Located just 150 meters from the beach, you’ll find everything you need within close proximity, including our office. Our complex consists of 13 apartments, creating a cozy community with shared amenities such as a pool, sauna, gym, and jacuzzi. For added convenience, we offer the option to order Baby- and/or Beverage packages.
Inside the apartment, you’ll find a cozy bedroom with a comfortable double bed, along with an open-plan living room and kitchen area, where there is also a sofa bed. The bathroom is equipped with a refreshing showe. Rest assured, the apartment comes well-equipped with everything you need to enjoy a comfortable stay. You’ll have access to good Wi-Fi, and convenient free parking is available on the street outside.
We always strive to be flexible with check-in and check-out times, whenever possible.
Please note that there is a locked cabinet in the apartment, which is not accessible to guests. However, you have full access to all other areas of the apartment.
We’re happy to assist with intermediate cleaning if you desire it, for a small fee. Additionally, we can help arrange transfers to and from the apartment.

Lovely small and cosy flat! In the city centre, Cleopatra beach is 10 minutes walk away! We stayed here for three of us with a toddler, we were provided with a cot (unfortunately the bed had no mattress and the baby was very uncomfortable-that’s a big minus). When we checked in it was around 23:00 unfortunately there was no extra bed linen for the sofa but they brought it the next day)! There is a pool, sauna and jacuzzi on the ground floor! Highly recommended!
