Welcome to our perfectly located and beautifully furnished apartment in the heart of Cleopatra! Situated just 150 meters from the beach, this newly built, slightly smaller yet cozy space is designed to offer you a comfortable stay. Our apartment complex consists of 13 units, ensuring a peaceful and intimate atmosphere. Additionally, we provide a range of amenities for your enjoyment, including a shared pool, sauna, gym, and jacuzzi.
The apartment features a bedroom with a double bed, an open-plan living room and kitchen area, and a bathroom with a shower. For your convenience, we have included a sofa bed and a washing machine. The apartment is well-equipped with all the essentials you’ll need during your stay, and we offer reliable and complimentary Wi-Fi. Street parking is available free of charge.
Check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out is by 12:00 PM, but we always try to be flexible whenever possible.
Please note that there is a locked cabinet in the apartment that is not accessible to guests. However, you have full access to the rest of the apartment.
If you require any specific equipment, such as a desk, coffee maker, or microwave, please don’t hesitate to ask. We’ll do our best to accommodate your needs. Initially, we provide toilet paper, washing-up liquid, and laundry detergent to get you started. Once these supplies are depleted, guests are responsible for purchasing their own.
For your convenience, we offer intermediate cleaning services upon request for a small fee. Additionally, we can assist you with transfers to and from the apartment.

Great smart flat , it is very small but has everything inside , I think for 1-2 persons is great! House is just new build and location is perfect close to Cleopatra beach , Carrefour and many cafes around’ very reasonable for the price!

It was amazing place to stay in Alanya. Apartment is completely new and beautiful, just around the corner from the main street full of shops and restaurants but still in quiet location. The host Camilla is very professional, polite and helpful, provides the best services in Alanya. Highly recommend to everyone and can’t wait to come back again.

The perfect base for exploring Alayna! The apartment is modern, clean, and well-located. It is an easy walk to the beach, shops, and restaurants from the apartment. The pool at the apartment was private, clean and great for relaxing. Communication was fantastic throughout. Highly recommend!!!

We enjoyed our stay a lot! If you are looking for a nice private apartment in a great location, this is totally the best choice. The host was super helpful and responsive. We had no problem at all with checking in and out. You will find a lot of nice places to eat in this area, the beach is nice too. The apartment was very clean and well equipped. Yes, it’s very small, but the great thing is that it’s absolutely new. We are definitely coming back

Great apartment with all the necessary amenities. We really enjoyed it. However, the description does not indicate that the cot can only be obtained for an extra fee. I think many families with children choose an apartment where the cot is included in the cost of the booking. In this case, the accommodation is misleading.
