Description
Welcome to our perfectly located, newly built apartment in the heart of Cleopatra! Although slightly smaller, it is beautifully furnished to ensure a comfortable stay. Just 150 meters from the beach, you’ll enjoy the convenience of being close to everything you need, including our office. Our smaller complex consists of 13 apartments and offers shared amenities such as a pool, sauna, gym, and jacuzzi. Additionally, we provide the option to order Baby- and/or Beverage packages.
The apartment features a cozy bedroom with a double bed, an open plan living room, and a kitchen area. There is also a sofa bed for additional sleeping arrangements. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, and a washing machine is provided for your convenience. The apartment is well-equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Enjoy good WiFi and take advantage of free street parking.
We always strive to be flexible with check-in and check-out times, whenever possible
Please note that there is a locked cabinet in the apartment, which is not accessible to guests. However, you have full access to the rest of the apartment.
If you have any special equipment requests such as a desk, coffee maker, or microwave, please let us know. We will do our best to accommodate your needs. Initially, we provide toilet paper, washing-up liquid, and laundry detergent to get you started. Once these supplies are depleted, guests can purchase their own.
We are happy to assist with intermediate cleaning upon request, for a small fee. Additionally, we can help arrange transfers to and from the apartment.
Our goal is to ensure your stay is enjoyable and stress-free. If you have any questions or need assistance, please don’t hesitate to ask. We are here to help. We also look forward to assisting you with transfers.

The flat was fine, the only thing was that the sheets felt like they weren’t new, but otherwise everything went well, the house was clean and fresh. Check in went smoothly, communication with the landlady was quick and comfortable. Thank you for the apartment. ☺️

Perfect flat, as described.
It is very well located close to the beach, the cable car, the city centre, the auto-station really perfect!
We would have liked to have the basic necessities (sugar, salt, pepper …) to avoid buying them for 1 week’s rental.
Shame that the jacuzzi was not functional as it was one of our booking criteria.
I recommend 1000%.

“Excellent apartment – clean, everything is new, stylish, and there is everything you need. The best beach in Alanya is a 5-minute walk away. The house has a sauna, jacuzzi, and a pool, but we didn’t have time to use them 🙂 I recommend staying here, it’s perfect for the money.”
