With only 12 apartments in the house, you’ll enjoy a quiet atmosphere while being conveniently close to shopping, restaurants, pharmacies, and more. We provide personal service to ensure your needs are met during your stay.
The apartment features a comfortable double bedroom, an open plan living room and kitchen area, and a bathroom with a refreshing shower. Step out onto the balcony, where you’ll find a dining area furnished with comfortable furniture, perfect for enjoying meals outdoors. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a kettle and toaster for your convenience. In the living room, you’ll find a Smart TV for your entertainment.
Please note that there is a locked cabinet in the hallway, which is not accessible to guests. However, you have full access to the rest of the apartment.
If you have any special equipment requests such as a desk, coffee maker, or microwave, please let us know. We will do our best to accommodate your needs. Initially, we provide essential supplies such as toilet paper, washing-up liquid, and laundry detergent. Once these supplies are depleted, guests are responsible for replenishing them.
We are pleased to offer intermediate cleaning services upon request, for a small fee. Additionally, we are available to assist with any other services you may require during your stay.

I enjoyed everything very much. Very responsive hosts, everything went perfectly. I booked from 25 December to 3 January and I liked everything so much that I wanted to book for another 2 weeks, but unfortunately there was already a booking after me. The flat itself is all clean and new. There are all the utensils needed for cooking . Washing machine, clean bathroom, there were no problems with water. Normal, stable internet. There is a nice balcony where you can sit and work. There are air conditioning units in the kitchen and in the bedroom that work on heating. There is a spacious cupboard for things, an iron and an iron. Basically everything you need to live longer.
The location is great – the beach is 2 minutes away, nearby grocery shops, pharmacies, starbucks and poppy. I also walked to the Local Cafe for breakfast every morning – the food there is excellent and the staff is polite. Another big plus for me personally is the availability of a treadmill and an exercise machine on the ground floor of the complex.
