Welcome to our perfectly located, newly built apartment in the heart of Cleopatra! Despite being slightly smaller, it is tastefully furnished to provide you with an ideal living space. Just 150 meters away from the beach, you’ll find everything you need within easy reach, including our office. Our complex consists of 13 apartments, creating a cozy community where you can enjoy shared amenities such as a pool, sauna, gym, and jacuzzi. Additionally, we offer the convenience of ordering Baby- and/or Beverage packages.
The apartment features a comfortable bedroom with a double bed, as well as an open plan living room and kitchen area. A sofa bed is also available for additional sleeping arrangements. You’ll find a bathroom with a shower, along with the convenience of a washing machine and dishwasher. Rest assured, the apartment is well-equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Enjoy good Wi-Fi and take advantage of free parking on the street outside.
We always strive to be flexible with check-in and check-out times whenever possible.
Please note that a locked cabinet is provided in the apartment, which is not accessible to guests. However, you have full access to all other areas of the apartment.
If you have any special equipment requests such as a desk, coffee maker, or microwave, please don’t hesitate to ask. We’ll do our best to accommodate your needs. Initially, we provide essential amenities such as toilet paper, washing-up liquid, and laundry detergent to get you started. Once these supplies are depleted, guests are responsible for replenishing them.
We’re happy to assist with intermediate cleaning if you wish, for a small fee. Additionally, we can help arrange transfers to and from the apartment.

The tenants are very helpful. Asked for a rug for the baby, they brought it straight away. Cleopatra beach is a 5 minute walk away.

I stayed in this apartment for about 2 weeks in January 2023. All good, everything was very much to my liking! Didn’t find any minuses. The owners are lovely people and have booked more than once. I recommend! Walking distance to the sea, by the way, half a minute).

Great accommodation and great location. The beaches are very close and there is a cable car nearby. Central street nearby, but the house is in a quiet location. The house is new, very nice and comfortable. Everything corresponds to the photo and description. The flat is very clean and comfortable! Camilla is very hospitable and welcoming, it was a pleasure to communicate). Would love to stay here again.

Stayed here for 3 weeks, it is a nice and new apartment. The location is good and central in Alanya (quiet and nice area)
It is close to the beach and good restaurants. The host and the locals do their best to make your stay there as nice as possible. Enjoyed very well in this apartment 🙂

Only stayed for one day, the flat has a great location. The flat is brand new and clean. For 1-2 people comfortably 🙂 checked in quickly , conveniently checked out , the landlady was welcoming and on time. Everything works and works perfectly 👍 for a summer holiday – great place ☀️🌊🏠

The apartment and the building itself are brand-new, very beautiful and comfortable. The flat is fully equipped and comfortable not only for a small stay but for a living. There is everything you need for a stay prepared by hosts including all the kitchen utensils, the dishwashing tablets and laundry powder. There is also a small neat pool in the building with some gym equipment and sauna. It takes you about 5 minutes to get to the closest beach, approximately 10-12 minutes to the market and 5 minutes to good restaurants and big shops on Ataturk boulevard like mavi, us polo, waikiki etc. Hosts are very nice ladies who keep in touch all the time. I have the best impressions as for the place so definitely recommend everyone to choose the apartments offered by Camilla and Zeynep.
