Welcome to this exceptional newly built apartment, situated in the absolute best location on Cleopatra Beach. With only 12 apartments in the house, you’ll enjoy a peaceful environment while being in close proximity to various amenities such as shopping, restaurants, and pharmacies. We are committed to providing personal service to ensure your comfort and satisfaction.
The apartment features a cozy double bedroom, an open plan living room and kitchen area, and a bathroom with a refreshing shower. You can unwind on the balcony, which offers a comfortable dining area with inviting furniture. The kitchen is fully equipped, and a Smart TV is provided in the living room for your entertainment.
Please note that there is a locked cabinet in the bedroom, which is not accessible to guests. However, you have full access to the rest of the apartment.
If you have any special equipment requests such as a desk, coffee maker, or microwave, please don’t hesitate to ask. We will do our best to accommodate your needs. Initially, we provide essential supplies such as toilet paper, washing-up liquid, and laundry detergent. Once these supplies are depleted, guests are responsible for replenishing them.
We are delighted to offer intermediate cleaning services upon request, for a small fee. Additionally, we can assist with arranging transfers to and from the apartment.

Generally all apartments in Alanya are very small and pretty old. At Camilla’s you can see that place has been recently renovated and it has everything you need for comfort stay l! Also, it’s pretty specious! Highly Recommend 🤩

We couldn’t have asked for a better apartment to be honest, the place was IMMACULATE! The location is EXACTLY where we wanted it to be, so may bars, restaurants and the beach is a few minute walk away. Camilla was an amazing host and her co host Serhat was super helpful. This place is a hidden gem, we will 100% be booking again!!

Apartments are clean, location is great, close to the best area of the beach, you can find lots of small supermarkets and cafés around the corner. Kitchen is well equipped. There are everything for comfort stay: toiletries, two air conditioners, detergents and so on. The building is new and safe.
We really love the place, will definitely stay there next time. Camilla is a great host, she was responsive and helpful all the time. Special thanks to Yunus, who is the driver. He drove us to the airport fast and safe, and also helped with our luggage a lot.

We stayed with small children, the landlord provided a high chair and a cot himself, which was nice. And then they were moved to a second flat with the same landlord, super service!
Overall – the accommodation was good and I would recommend this flat. Details below.
Really spacious apartment, relatively new house and flat, the sofa in the living room is very large, you could probably lie there in 4m. Huge storage room in the bedroom. Parking spaces were both at the entrance and behind the house (plenty), cars rarely go along the street along the house. The windows themselves are in the courtyard, there was not even a little noise, floor 2. Check-in and check-out – no problems.
Of minuses only that the profile of windows in a flat (all) badly sealed, there is a minimal through cracks, and through them on a table-top with a plate creep ants in search of food, probably to someone critically, we pressed them, they crawled basically on a table-top where a kitchen plate.

Had a great week at Camilla’s place. Close to the beach, but not at the busy street. Comfortable for family of 3-4 people. Kitchen is equipped with all necessary. I asked Camilla for extra staff and she was very helpful with everything. She also helped with local tips, i.e. local fish market where we bought not only fish, but fresh fruits and veggies. In general, liked a lot the place and would love to come back.

Camilla is great host. Apartment is new and modern. Unfortunatelly it was a little dirty when we arrived (easy fix, but we have to clean floor a few times to remove the smell and white table was almost grayish), Camilla ordered a dry cleaning for chairs and sofa for next day, much appreciated. ACs is not dirty and smells good. Bathroom was cleaned good. All appliances was working and was clean. Average temperature in apartment is 21C (january), humiduty is around 55%.

I loved Camilla’s apartments so much, I changed my travel plans and booked an additional 3 nights! Modern, clean, and perfectly located! The area around the apartment is just off the main road, so it’s quiet in the evening, yet still easy walking distance to everything. I loved the privacy of the pool and proximity to the beach, restaurants, and shops. Also, the air conditioners worked great! Would highly recommend this apartment for anyone looking to explore Alayna for a few days!

Finally, a well-decorated, comfortable apartment where all knick-knacks are excluded and free from bulky paintings – here you feel comfortable with well-selected sofas and tables in natural fine colors and comfortable materials. Nothing plastic here! Mycket tyst in the house with a nice discreet entrance and lift and no traffic outside, but still close next door
The Kleopatra street, which is reached with a few steps to the boulevard with a 5-minute walk to the beach. Right inside the residence, there is both a restaurant with authentic Turkish cuisine and a Starbucks café around the corner, as well as a small spice shop.
Large fruit and fish market approx. 10/12 min walk away.
The host has been very accommodating
at the very least, quickly and efficiently and it felt good that there was real trust between guest and host and that they did their utmost to make me feel satisfied.
I give ++ on everything when it comes to this property.
