And the best part is, it features a fantastic private terrace where you can enjoy the outdoors and create memorable moments. This newly built apartment offers you a truly enjoyable living experience. Just 150 meters away from the beach, you’ll have easy access to all the amenities you need. Our office is also conveniently located nearby. Additionally, you have the option to order Baby, Breakfast, and/or Beverage packages to enhance your stay.

Although this is a smaller-sized apartment, it is thoughtfully designed and well-equipped to provide you with all the comforts you desire. It features a cozy bedroom with a comfortable double bed and ample storage space. The open plan kitchen and living room area offer a versatile space for relaxing and dining. There is also a sofa bed available for extra sleeping arrangements.

One of the highlights of this apartment is the private terrace, where you can host fancy barbeque parties, unwind, and savor a cup of coffee. It’s the perfect spot to create cherished memories. Moreover, the bedroom is equipped with a Smart TV for your entertainment needs.

During your stay, you will have full access to the entire apartment. Please note that the sauna, jacuzzi, and elevator are currently unavailable for use. We apologize for any inconvenience and are unable to provide a specific timeline for when they will be operational again.

If you have any special equipment requests, such as a desk, coffee maker, or microwave, please don’t hesitate to ask. We are committed to accommodating your needs whenever possible. Initially, we provide essential supplies such as toilet paper, washing-up liquid, and laundry detergent. Once these supplies are depleted, guests are responsible for replenishing them. For your convenience, we are pleased to offer intermediate cleaning services upon request, available for a small fee. Additionally, we can assist with transfers to ensure a smooth arrival and departure process.
